Porky’s Wine Bar is more than a restaurant—it’s a celebration of smoky flavours, good music, and great company. Founded by Simon and Joy Briggs after a BBQ-fueled road trip through the American South, Porky’s brings the spirit of Memphis to the heart of London.

For over five years, we’ve been serving up slow-cooked ribs, pulled pork, and Southern comfort food with a side of soul. Our chefs are passionate about flavour, using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured smoking techniques to create dishes that are bold, juicy, and unforgettable.
